A walk through With You, for families

Follow Anita as she looks after her father, Baba, after a heart check-up. Every Live screen below uses the family app's real design and wording, filled with sample information. Screens marked Coming later are not built yet. Nothing you tap here is sent anywhere.

Each step carries a label: Live means it works today; Coming later means it is planned and not built yet; Coming · Phase 7 is part of the doctor's product, designed and not built.

Who are you caring for?

A care space keeps one person's doctor visits, reports and questions together, for everyone helping.

The first time she signs in, Anita sets up a care space for Baba. It is one place for his doctor visits, reports and questions, shared with the family she chooses to invite.

    Note · 26 Sept 2026, 8:30 pm

Home has three things Anita can do: upload reports, upload a doctor discussion (she records the visit), or write a note. Everything lands in one list that the whole family sees.

Caring for Baba

Recording… 12:48

Ask the doctor first. Keep the phone close to whoever is speaking.

In the clinic, Anita asks the cardiologist if she may record, then puts the phone on the desk. When the visit ends she taps Stop and save, and the recording is uploaded to Baba's care space.

Updates

The recording is safely saved first, then transcribed and summarised. The label shows what is really happening, not a spinner that pretends. The list updates by itself when it's done.

Doctor visit — 27 Sept 2026, 10:15 am

Summary ready

Doctor visit · 27 Sept 2026, 10:28 am

AI-generated from your recording — check it against the transcript.

Summary

A follow-up with the heart doctor about Baba's blood pressure and his breathlessness on the stairs. The doctor said things look much the same as at the last visit, and raised the dose of one blood pressure medicine.

Key points

  • Blood pressure in the clinic today was a little high: 148/90.
  • Amlodipine goes up from 5 mg to 10 mg, once a day in the morning.
  • All his other medicines stay the same.
  • The breathlessness on stairs is mild; the doctor wants to watch it for now.

Next steps

  • Check blood pressure at home every morning and write it down.
  • Blood test for kidney function and potassium in two weeks.
  • Next visit in about a month, with the home blood pressure readings.
  • Keep the daily walk on level ground, and keep salt low.

Concerns to raise

Ask whether the ankle swelling Baba mentioned could be from the higher dose.

Transcript (what the recording heard)

The summary is in plain language, under clear headings, and it is marked as written by AI. The full transcript of what the recording heard is one tap away, so Anita can check anything important against it. With You never labels a visit as more or less serious.

Your recording is still here on this page. Try saving again, or download it to keep a copy on this device. It will be lost if you close or leave this page.

When something fails, With You says what actually went wrong and offers Try again. If the upload itself fails, say on a weak hospital signal, the recording stays on the phone with a way to save it again or download it, and she is warned before leaving the page, so the visit isn't lost as long as the page stays open.

Echo report Sept 2026.pdf

✋ Waiting for permission

Report · 27 Sept 2026, 11:02 am

Saved. It will be read once someone in the family says yes.

Anita photographs or uploads Baba's reports: PDFs, JPEG, PNG or HEIC photos. They are stored privately in his care space, and anyone she has invited can open them. If her family agrees, With You reads each page and explains it in plain words.

Read by the computer — check it against the paper.

  • 🟢 Ejection fraction — Within the printed normal range
  • 🟠 Wall motion — Needs checking

If her family says yes, With You reads each page Anita adds, puts the pages of a report together, and explains it in plain words next to the original, marking anything it wasn't sure of so someone can check it against the paper.

Questions for the doctor

8:12Sample

Questions for the doctor

Keep questions in one place so nothing is forgotten at the next visit.

Your questions

  • Could the ankle swelling be from the higher amlodipine dose?

    To ask
  • Which painkillers are safe for Baba's knee?

    Asked
  • Can he keep up his morning walk?

    Answered

Answer: Yes, about 20 minutes on level ground. Rest if he gets breathless.

Common questions (general, not personalised)

  • What is the diagnosis, in words we can explain to the rest of the family?
  • What are the treatment options, and what do you recommend?
  • What warning signs mean we should call you or go to the hospital?
  • Which medicines are changing, and what side effects should we watch for?
  • When is the next check-up or test, and what is it for?
  • Is there anything we should do, or avoid, at home?
  • Who should we contact if we have questions before the next visit?

The family keeps one shared list of questions. At the visit Anita marks each one asked and writes down the answer. Below it is a general starter list, the same for every family and labelled that way.

Questions based on Baba's own visits

Later, With You will suggest questions drawn from Baba's recorded visits, for the family to keep or ignore. This isn't built yet. Today, the suggestions are the general list, which is the same for everyone.

Planned, not built. Until then, With You never presents a general question as if it were written for your family.

Updates approved by Baba's doctor

When the family's doctor uses WithYou Rx (With You for doctors), the doctor will be able to approve a plain-language update that arrives in Baba's care space, marked as coming from them. Nothing reaches the family without the doctor's approval.
