Our Promise

With You will never sell your family's medical information. We don't track you for advertising. We don't have premium tiers that give better privacy. Your family's information is yours, period.

What Information We Collect

Information You Give Us

  • Account Information: Your email address and password to secure your Care Space
  • Medical Updates: What you tell us about doctor visits, test results, and observations
  • Voice Recordings: When you choose to record instead of type
  • Family Contacts: People you want to share updates with
  • Care Recipients: Names and basic information about who you're caring for

Information We Automatically Collect

  • Usage Information: Which features you use and when (to improve the service)
  • Device Information: What type of device and browser you use (to fix compatibility issues)
  • Location (General): Your general location to show appropriate emergency numbers
  • Error Logs: When something goes wrong, so we can fix it

Information We DON'T Collect

  • We don't scan your contacts unless you specifically share them
  • We don't track your precise location or movement
  • We don't access other apps on your device
  • We don't collect information about people who aren't using With You

AI Processing and Third Parties

Voice Processing (OpenAI Whisper)

When you record your voice, we use OpenAI's Whisper to convert speech to text. Your audio is sent securely and is not stored by OpenAI or used to train their models.

Medical Explanations (Anthropic Claude)

To explain medical information, we use Anthropic's Claude AI. Medical details are anonymized before processing and are not retained by Anthropic.

Database and Hosting (Supabase & Vercel)

Your information is stored securely with Supabase and the website runs on Vercel. Both providers are SOC 2 compliant and follow strict security standards.

What We DON'T Do

  • We don't use your medical information to train AI models
  • We don't share identifiable information with AI providers
  • We don't use medical information for research without explicit consent
  • We don't sell data to any third party, ever

Your Rights

Access

You can view all information we have about you and your family through your Care Space dashboard.

Correction

You can edit or correct any information in your Care Space at any time.

Deletion

You can delete specific recordings, updates, or your entire Care Space. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Portability

You can export all your information in common formats (PDF, JSON, CSV) to use elsewhere.

Control Sharing

You control exactly what information is shared with which family members and can change this anytime.

Opt Out

You can stop all notifications, sharing, or processing at any time without losing your account.

When We Might Share Information

Legal Requirements

We may share information if required by law (court orders, subpoenas) but will notify you unless prohibited by law.

Safety Concerns

If we believe someone is in immediate physical danger, we may share information with emergency services.

Business Changes

If With You is acquired, your data would transfer under the same privacy protections. You would be notified 30 days in advance.

What We Won't Do

  • Share information with advertisers
  • Sell your data to data brokers
  • Use medical information for commercial purposes
  • Share with insurance companies

Children's Privacy

With You is designed for adults caring for family members. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If a child's information has been submitted, please contact us immediately for deletion.

International Users

With You is operated from India but serves families worldwide. If you're outside India, your information may be processed in India where we follow international privacy standards.

European Union

EU users have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and file complaints with supervisory authorities.

United States

US users in certain states have additional rights under local privacy laws. Contact us for state-specific information.

Other Countries

We respect local privacy laws and will work with you to honor your rights under applicable laws.
