How With You and WithYou Rx connect

With You is for families. WithYou Rx is for doctors, clinics and hospitals.

Today, the two products share one sign-in system, and that part is working. The bridge between them, where a doctor sends a family a plain-language update, is designed but not built yet. Every step below says which is which. In the design, nothing reaches a family until the doctor has read it and approved it, and a family's questions wait for the next visit. It is never a chat with the doctor.

Everything shown here is sample data: Dr Anjali Reddy at Sunrise Clinic, Hyderabad, and her patient Rajesh Kumar, whose family reads updates in Telugu.

    1. Two products, one sign-in system

    Live

    With You for families

Dr Reddy is also caring for her mother at home. She signs in with her phone number and uses her family's care space like any other family.

    WithYou Rx

At Sunrise Clinic she is a practitioner. Her practice work stays inside WithYou Rx.

    Sample

What's happening: both products use the same sign-in system, and this is working today. Signing up as a family never makes someone a practitioner, and being a practitioner gives no access to any family's care space. The system is built so that a person who is both a doctor and a caregiver can hold both identities under one sign-in; the WithYou Rx app they would use is still being built. The two products share no records.

    2. Dr Reddy signs Rajesh's note

    Note — Rajesh Kumar

Consultation 27 Sep · Telugu and English · 14 min

    Subjective

Two weeks after angioplasty. Feels well, walking daily, no chest pain.

    Plan

Increase metoprolol to 50 mg twice a day. No strenuous exercise for two weeks; walking is fine. Review 08 Oct.

06:12 "Let's take the metoprolol up to fifty, twice a day."

Only a signed note enters the record. Nothing is sent to the family when you sign.

    Rajesh — Updates

Nothing new from the clinic. Signing a note does not send anything to the family.

What's happening: in the design, Dr Reddy reads the note drafted from the consultation and signs it herself. Nothing enters the record unsigned, and signing does not send anything to the family. Where the doctor signs (phone or computer) is still being designed. This is designed, not built.

    3. Dr Reddy approves the family summary pair

    Family update

    Family language:

EN — view the English version

Rajesh is doing well, two weeks after the angioplasty. His heart medicine dose was increased: metoprolol 50 mg, twice a day. No strenuous exercise for two weeks; walking is fine.

Both versions are written separately from the same signed note, never one translated from the other. Telugu wording on this page is illustrative.

    Rajesh — Updates

Still nothing. The family sees nothing until Dr Reddy approves.

What's happening: in the design, the summary is written twice from the signed note, once in the family's language (Telugu) and once in English, and Dr Reddy approves the pair. She can edit it before approving. The doctor always approves before anything reaches the family. This is designed, not built.

    4. It arrives in the family's care space

    Follow-up, 27 Sep

Written from Dr Reddy's signed note and approved by her before it was sent.

    In plain words

    రాజేష్ గారు angioplasty తర్వాత రెండు వారాలుగా బాగా కోలుకుంటున్నారు.

Rajesh is doing well and recovering, two weeks after the angioplasty.

    What changed

    Heart medicine (metoprolol) dose increased.

    What to do

No strenuous exercise for two weeks. Walking is fine.

    Medicine schedule

    • Metoprolol 50 mg, morning and night

What's happening: in the design, the approved update appears in the care space the family already uses, marked "From Dr Reddy", next to their own notes, recordings and reports. It gives a plain-language explanation, what changed, what to do, and the medicine schedule. It arrives only because Dr Reddy approved it. This is designed, not built. Today the family app has no way to receive anything from a doctor.

    5. The family's questions queue for the next visit

    Queued for 08 Oct

    "What foods should we avoid?"

    Queued for 08 Oct

"When can he climb stairs again?"

Raised with the family during the visit.

What's happening: in the design, the family writes questions in the list they already keep, and those questions wait for the next consultation, where Dr Reddy sees them. It is never a chat channel and never a way to reach the doctor in an emergency. This is designed, not built. Today families keep their own question list in the app, which is working.
