See what With You and WithYou Rx do, and what is still coming
With You is for families. WithYou Rx is for doctors, clinics and hospitals.
There are two products. With You, the family app, is for the people caring for someone who is ill: record a doctor visit and read a summary beside the full transcript, keep reports in one place, and bring the family in. It is always free for families. WithYou Rx, now being built, is for doctors, clinics and hospitals: consented consultation recording, with the doctor in control of everything that leaves the room. Every feature below carries an honest label saying whether it is working today or still being built.

| Getting started, after subscribing | ||
| A1 | Assisted onboarding: the With You team creates the organisation (solo practice, clinic or hospital) with its first owner (live). Not self-serve. Subscription and billing: Phase 8; until then, access is arranged with us. | LiveComing · Phase 8 |
| A2 | Practitioner identity and verification: council and registration number, to be reviewed by a With You platform reviewer. No one can verify themselves; this rule is built into the database in production. | Live |
| A3 | Before verification: an unverified doctor can join the practice, but confirming instructions and authoring orders stay locked until they are verified | Live |
| A4 | Departments, members and roles (owner, doctor, resident, nurse, front desk, lab tech, admin, auditor); time-boxed access for visiting consultants; removing someone keeps what they wrote | Live |
| A5 | Invitations: invite, accept, active, suspended, removed | Live |
| A6 | Retention policy: the organisation chooses how long consultation audio is kept (1 to 365 days, 30 by default); every change is logged (live in the database). The admin screen to change it: Phase 8. | LiveComing · Phase 8 |
| A consultation | ||
| B0 | The WithYou Rx Android app: sign-in and home screens, being built | Backend live · app coming |
| B1 | The Home screen: practitioner identity, verification status and the practices she belongs to | Backend live · app coming |
| B2 | Find or register the patient; choose the consultation language (English, Hindi, Telugu, and mixed Hindi–English or Telugu–English) | Backend live · app coming |
| B3 | Consent: verbal (the doctor reads the script aloud and it is recorded as its own file), tap (the patient reads and taps), or proxy (identity and relationship required) | Backend live · app coming |
| B4 | Recording: a recording bar that stays pinned and can't be dismissed; audio saved in 30-second pieces and uploaded when the network returns, so a dropped connection doesn't lose the consultation | Backend live · app coming |
| B5 | Consultation complete: length, audio saved, how consent was given. It does not claim a transcript exists. | Backend live · app coming |
| B6 | Retention in action: audio is deleted automatically when the disclosed period ends (verified end to end in production); the consent recording is kept; every deletion is audited. When a patient withdraws consent, a check that runs every 15 minutes deletes their audio (built and scheduled in production). | Live |
| After the consultation | ||
| C1 | Transcript and SOAP note in English (SOAP: the standard structure of a doctor's note: Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan); the doctor reviews and signs; nothing enters the record unsigned | Coming · Phase 3 |
| C2 | Action items taken from what the doctor said, each with the exact quote and tap-to-hear; doses need a tap to confirm; nothing is sent without the doctor | Coming · Phase 4 |
| C3 | Nurse tasks routed by role, department and shift: acknowledged, in progress, completed, verified; escalation | Coming · Phase 4 |
| C4 | Conditional instructions ("if creatinine is high, give…"): both branches in the doctor's own words, nothing preselected | Coming · Phase 4–5 |
| C5 | Orders and results: order composer, result capture, trends, acknowledging critical results | Coming · Phase 5 |
| C6 | The patient's record over time, and referrals: timeline, medicines and problems; referrals with a chosen scope and time-boxed access | Coming · Phase 6 |
| C7 | Family update: the doctor approves a pair of summaries (the family's language and English, written separately) before anything reaches the family | Coming · Phase 7 |
| C8 | Plans and usage metering | Coming · Phase 8 |
| C9 | Enterprise: single sign-on, automatic account set-up for staff, audit export, hospital system integration, ABDM (the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, India's national digital health programme) | Coming · Phase 9 |
Not planned for the first version of WithYou Rx: full EMR or billing, appointment scheduling, in-app chat between doctor and patient, suggested diagnoses or treatments, insurance and claims, video consultations, wearables.
